She completed her undergraduate degree in Neuropsychology in the year 2000 followed by her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Alberta in 2005. Unfulfilled by a career in Dentistry, Trinity pursued her Master of Counselling degree at the University of Calgary in 2008. Intrigued by the human psyche, science, and spirituality, Trinity continued her education with a Ph.D. degree in Metaphysics and Pastoral Counselling at the University of Sedona.

Trinity treats individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). She specializes in health and wellness due to her personal struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis and her professional education in the medical sciences. Trinity is a certified Energetic Medicine Practitioner and incorporates Reiki, a healing practice grounded in Japanese Medicine, along with Hypnotherapy into her sessions for the management of chronic pain and chronic illness.

Trinity works with individuals of all age groups, as well as couples and families as a whole to help individuals find their life purpose and authentic selves by healing from traumatic events and transcending the ego. She provides a holistic and integrated approach grounded in both Eastern and Western philosophy, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transpersonal (Jungian) Psychology, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Mindfulness, Transcendental Meditation, Animal Assisted Therapy and Integrative Body Therapy akin to practices of Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga.
